Is there Re-Entry?
Re-entry is not permitted for any concert or event at Festival Pier
What is your Camera Policy?
Venue policy is that there are no professional cameras permitted inside Festival Pier. professional camera is defined as a camera with a removable lens.
Can I bring in chairs?
You are permitted to bring in one (1) low-back folding chair into certain events at Festival Pier. PLEASE NOTE: Chairs will not be allowed at Dropkick Murphys / Rancid on Aug. 3
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are not allowed on the property or in the concert venue, except for service animals.
Can I bring in food and beverage / coolers?
Guests are permitted to bring in 1 (one) sealed 20oz bottle of water. Guests are also allowed to bring in personal snacks in a 1 gallon clear ziplock bag. Festival Pier also offers a wide variety of food and beverage for purchase during concert events.
Can I bring an umbrella?
Small, personal-sized umbrellas are permitted in the venue.
Are events rain or shine?
All events at Festival Pier are rain or shine unless otherwise indicated
Will Call?
Festival Pier Will Call is located at the main entrance of the venue. Photo ID and credit card used to purchase event tickets must be presented in order to receive event tickets.
ATMs?
There are several ATMs located inside Festival Pier. Please note that most vendors accept debit and credit cards for purchases.
Parking?
There are several parking lots adjacent to Festival Pier available for a fee. There is also limited, metered street parking on Columbus Boulevard / Delaware Avenue.
Public Transportation?
There are several ways to access Festival Pier via Public Transportation, but the fastest and easiest is to take the Market-Frankford subway line from 30th & Market eastbound (towards Frankford Avenue) down to 2nd & Spring Garden. This will put you a block from Penn’s Landing.
Smoking?
Smoking is permitted inside Festival Pier.
Restrooms?
Restrooms are available inside Festival Pier.

Lost & Found is located at the Guest Services office located near the main entrance of Festival Pier
